In the fall of 2023, WLSC Tiger Radio became WLSQ Q Rock Radio and The Sideline Sizzle started airing at 10 am.

The Sideline Sizzle with Tristan Blackmon debuted in the fall of 2022 on WLSC Tiger Radio.

In 2023, as a student at The Academy for the Arts, Science and Technology in Myrtle Beach and as a member of TSA (Technology Students Association), Tristan wrote and produced the #1 audio podcast in South Carolina.  He finished in the Top Ten at the 2023 National TSA Conference held in Louisville, Kentucky.

Tristan started doing commercial voiceovers at the age of 3.

Tristan has worked on the national television broadcasts of the Beach Ball Classic, America's premier high school basketball tournament for several years.

In 2022, Tristan worked on the national Bowl Season Radio broadcast of the Myrtle Beach Bowl.

Since 2016, Tristan has engineered the sports broadcasts of Clemson Tigers Football on WLSC Tiger Radio.

Tristan has also engineered the local broadcasts of Bowl Season Radio on WLSC Tiger Radio since 2021.

In his 6th grade year at Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach, Tristan was recognized as Teammate of the Week in 2017.

In addition to broadcasting, Tristan also works at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Myrtle Beach.
