SC UFO Festival...Vendors

Welcome Vendors

We're excited that you're considering joining us in Conway, SC for a day of out of this world fun. The first ever SC UFO Festival is Saturday October 25, 2025. The festival launches at 10 am and continues until 5 pm. Vendors are allowed to setup on the day of the event beginning at 7 am. You are to enter on the street side of the gym..When you enter, your booth space will be marked with a sign. Tents are welcome. Vendor must provide their own table and chairs, tablecloth, etc. Vendors are required to stay until 5 pm. Breakdown should be completed by 6 pm. Since this is a family friendly festival and is the last Saturday before Halloween, we're encouraging vendors to bring candy or treats for trick-or-treaters.
